TRIGANO JARDIN
THE COMPANY
TRIGANO JARDIN is a subsidiary of the TRIGANO group.
We are specialized in the design, manufacture and sales of outdoor playground products for kids and domestic use only (swing sets, slides, trampolines, playhouses), metal and wooden above ground family pools.
We sell metal garden sheds manufactured in one of our other subsidiaries located in Northern Ireland.
As part of our sustainable development policy, our strategic choice is to be and to remain a French manufacturer.
From this perspective we reintegrate products which were previously outsourced.
HISTORY
1950: creation of AMCA - metal workshop in Croizy sur Andelle(27)
1968: beginning of production of children swing sets under US license Gym-Dandy in Caudebec les Elbeuf (76)
1979: moving of swing sets production to St Pierre les Elbeuf (76)
1981: unbundling and buyout of the factory of Germain –Lejour in Cormenon (41) where swings, scaffolding, coupling and snow chains for cars are manufactured.
1983: moving of the manufacturing of swing sets raw parts to Cormenon(41)
1988: closing of the factory of St Pierre les Elbeuf (76) and transfer of the activity in Cormenon (construction of a storage building)
1989: buyout of the company DELWYN enterprises, manufacturer of YARDMASTER garden sheds
1991: integration of the company into TRIGANO group
1994 -1995: buyout of ABAK, pools manufacturer
1995: takeover of the Artix company (swing set manufacurer)
2003: modification of the corporate name: AMCA-NOVAL becomes TRIGANO JARDIN
2015: launch of the EVO range
2018: 50 years in outdoor games manufacturing

About 160 employees are working in Cormenon, our site in Loir et Cher
Plant surface : 28 000m2 plus external & flexible warehouse (from 4 to 8000 m2)
Turnover adopted on the 31/08/2019 : 30 M€
To produce our products, we do use the following :
- 2 000 km of steel tubes
- 1 200 km of rope
- 800 km of wooden poles
- 500 tons of plastic
- 45 hectares of recycled cardboard box
- 5 000 000 screws
We deliver:
- 140 000 parcels representing approximately 10,000 tons of manufactured products
CERTIFICATIONS
We are certified ISO 9001 version 2008: systems for quality management, requirements for the design, development, production, installation and after-sale service.
All our toys are complying with the toys European standards EN71.
This quality attention leads us to integrate our own laboratory to test all our products in extreme conditions of use and strengthen the development of self-control over all positions.
On july, 20th, 2012, we obtained the « ORIGINE France GARANTIE » under the number BVcert.6020272 for the outdoor playground products in metal, wood, wood / metal, baby swing set, see-saw, slides, metal and wood/metal playstations. The label allows the companies to promote " french production" and the consumers to be able to choose to buy French. (For more information see our section "NEWS")
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
TRIGANO JARDIN committed to manufacture its products in an environmentally friendly way : all along the manufacturing chain to transport.
We are focused on maintaining our environmental impact at the lowest level possible.
Environnement :
- surface treatment with zero discharge (investment € 500K)
- Our waste recycling: sorting, cardboard and paper compactors, waste compactor and recycling
- saving water by using a drill
- Use recycled and recyclable cardboard for our packaging
- lower carbon footprint by reducing transport
