Punching workshop
We have a CNC punch press for sheet metal (size 3000mm x 1250mm x 5mm), semi automatic and automatic presses (up to 200 tonnes) for slit strip.
Equipment :
- Punching Trumph CN 200 tonnes
- Presses for metal slit 50 to 200 tonnes
Bending Workshop
In addition to a team of competent professionals, we recently purchased a high-performance equipment.
Equipment :
- 1 Press brake CNC, 7-axis angle control, laser bending.
Bending Shop
Specialized in processing and bending of tubes and profiles for many years we have acquired an extensive experience in this field.
Equipment :
- 4 automatic data flow and processing tubes.
- 2 Bending CNC for tubes, 5-axis (max diameter 50mm).
- Conventional benders with a capacity up to 70mm diameter - depending on the tooling.
Welding
Our welding workshop combines the performance of a team of qualified and competent professionals with a modern equipment.
Equipment :
- Welding MIG and TIG
- Robot welding capacity 3000x1500
- Robot welding exclusively for aluminium
- TIG Welding (stainless steel, aluminum)
Workshop powder
Our chain of epoxy and polyester powder can paint large workpieces (height 4m).
The surface treatment tunnel is designed to have zero discharge.
Equipment :
- TunChain of powder (26 adjustable & individual spray guns).
- Surface treatment tunnel.
- Baking oven 200 °C
Packing
We may package your products on request. Our methods allow us to pack an average of 4,000 finished products per day.
Equipment :
- An automatic machine for bolts packing
- A semi-automatic machine for accessories bags manufacture
- Two packaging lines (including one semi-automatic)
- One specific packaging line for wooden poles
- Two production lines for metal pools manufacture
